Want to be part of our Expo?

  • This year, no apprentices or junior artists are permitted to tattoo at the Expo. Only experienced artists (3+ years of experience) are allowed. Thank you!
  • Only registered artists (listed on the application) can tattoo at the event.
  • Single booth: up to 2 artists, double booth: up to 4 artists, triple booth: up to 6 artists.

      *Each shop attending has a limit
     of 3 booths maximum
for this year.

Payments

  1. E-transfer:
    All booth reservations require a 50% deposit upon application approval. The remaining balance is due no later than June 1, 2025. No exceptions.
    If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, your reservation will be forfeited, and you will lose your deposit. The booth will then be offered to the next artist/vendor in line.
